Product Overview
Two-Component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating (Type I) is a chemical-reaction curing, high-performance liquid waterproofing system. Component A is an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer derived from polyether and isocyanate polyaddition. Component B is a colored liquid composed of plasticizers, curing agents, accelerators, thixotropic agents, and fillers.
Components A and B are mixed at a simple 1:1 bucket ratio and brush-applied onto the substrate. After crosslinking and curing at ambient temperature, a continuous, seamless, rubber-like elastic waterproof film forms — delivering ≥2.0 MPa tensile strength, ≥500% elongation, and reliable performance from −35°C to 80°C.
Unlike single-component systems, the two-component chemistry ensures full through-cure even in thick films, making it ideal for high-build applications and demanding waterproofing projects. Zero coal tar, cold-applied, no open flame — a safer, greener alternative to traditional bituminous membranes.

Quick Facts
Product Name: Two-Component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating (Type I)

Key Features
1. Chemical Curing — Through-Cure Guaranteed
Two-component chemistry ensures complete crosslinking throughout the film thickness, eliminating the risk of surface skin-over with uncured interior — a known limitation of single-component moisture-cure systems in high-build applications.
2. 1:1 Simple Mix Ratio
No weighing, no dosing equipment needed. Pour Component A and Component B bucket-to-bucket, mix, and apply. Designed for jobsite simplicity — reduces application errors and labor cost.
3. High Solids, High Build
≥92% mixed solid content means less solvent shrinkage, fewer coats, and lower material waste. One pass achieves the film thickness that single-component systems require two coats for.
4. Rubber-Like Elasticity
≥2.0 MPa tensile strength + ≥500% elongation at break. The cured film bridges substrate cracks up to 2 mm, accommodating structural movement without rupturing.
5. −35°C Low-Temperature Flexibility
No cracks at −35°C (fresh) and −30°C after all aging tests (heat, alkali, acid, 1000 h artificial weathering). Proven in severe cold regions.
6. Waterproof & Impermeable
0.3 MPa, 120 min water pressure — no leakage. ≤5.0% water absorption. Class B₂-E fire-rated (15 s ignition, Fs ≤ 150 mm, no burning drips).
7. Multi-Substrate Adhesion
≥1.0 MPa bond strength to concrete, wood, glass, and metal. No primer required on most substrates. Compatible with cementitious screeds and tile adhesives.
