Product Introduction

ZM-075 is a dual-superhydrophobic and superoleophobic top coat designed for use with radiative cooling coatings. The product contains nano-sized particles that penetrate the surface of the radiative cooling coating, forming a nano-scale protective layer that is both hydrophobic and oleophobic. This layer protects the radiative cooling coating from environmental impacts.

Usage Instructions


1.Shake the product well before use for no less than 5 minutes. Do not use a mechanical mixer. If the time between mixing and application exceeds 1 hour, shake again before use.
2.Recommended application methods are spraying or roller coating. For spray application, use an airless high-pressure sprayer or an electric spray gun. Do not use an air compressor for spraying.
3.This product has an irritating odor. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety goggles and a mask before application. If the product accidentally comes into contact with eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
4.When used with a radiative cooling coating, apply two coats. Allow a minimum interval of 18 hours between coats. Ensure the radiative cooling coating is completely dry before appl

Storage and Transportation


1.Store the product in a sealed container in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse. Storage temperature should be between 5℃ and 35℃. Protect from water immersion, direct sunlight, isolate from fire sources, and keep away from heat sources.
2.Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is one year from the shelf life can be tested; if they meet the standard, they may still be used.
3.During transportation, protect the product from severe cold, rain, and sun exposure. Comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.
