1. Radiation cooling, passive cooling, without electricity. It can lower the indoor temperature by more than 10 degrees.

2. Strongly adheres to the metal surface, preventing moisture and air from penetrating. Protects the metal surface of the color steel sheet, extending its service life by more than 10 years. Saves the cost of replacing the color steel sheet roof and avoids affecting production in the workshop during the replacement process.

Continuous Cooling
The radiative cooling film highlighted by Huacheng Hi-Tech adopts passive radiative cooling technology. Its working principle consists of two core processes:
First, the high-reflectivity layer reflects sunlight, especially near-infrared thermal radiation, back into the atmosphere, with a reflectance of over 90%.
Second, through the 8–13 μm atmospheric window, the surface heat of objects is directly dissipated into the cold outer space in the form of mid-infrared radiation.
Actual test data shows that under typical daytime conditions, this film can lower the surface temperature of covered objects by 15–30℃ compared with the ambient temperature.
The whole cooling process requires no power supply, no refrigerants and no moving components. It serves as a continuous cooling method with zero energy consumption.
