Product Overview:

The FM11 series product is formulated using high-performance water-based hydroxypropyl resin, hydroxypropyl emulsion, aldehyde-ketone resin, nano-functional materials, ultra-fine pigments/fillers, special wear-resistant materials. Corrosion inhibitors, and additives. It is manufactured through grinding and dispersion processes.

This product combines the advantages of conventional water-based topcoats, such as fast drying, high strength, good adhesion, high flexibility, long pot life, and good anti-yellowing properties. Additionally, it provides a certain level of anti-slip effect and significantly improves wear resistance.

As an upgraded version of water-based topcoats, this product can be applied in all scenarios requiring a water-based topcoat. It can also replace some areas requiring an anti-slip effect (where the anti-slip value requirement is not high).

Usage Method

• This product is a two-component water-based product, belonging to the polyurethane system. Components A and B must be mixed thoroughly before use.
• Mixed material must be used within 2-4 hours (2 hours outdoors in summer, 4 hours indoors). After this time, auto-crosslinking will cause flocculation, delamination, and render the product unusable.
• The product can be diluted with water if necessary. The dilution ratio should be controlled within 10%. Water can only be added after Components A and B are mixed uniformly!
• Strictly avoid contact with solvents, thinners, gasoline, or other oily substances during use, as this will affect product performance and may cause the water-based material to be scrapped.
• Avoid application during rainy weather. The coating must be protected from rain before surface drying, otherwise film properties will be severely affected.
• Application on damp surfaces does not affect the product’s performance but will prolong surface drying time and time to achieve full strength.
• This product contains fine particles to enhance anti-slip effect. Therefore, when using airless spray equipment, ensure the inlet filter mesh is not too fine. Remove the filter inside the spray gun to prevent clogging. Use a spray tip size 633 or larger.
• When using airless spray equipment, clean the equipment thoroughly with water immediately after use to prevent particle clogging.
• This product is not odor-free. However, compared to solvent-based products, it has very low odor and the smell dissipates quickly. Ensure ventilation during indoor application.

Storage and Transportation

• Store sealed in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse. Storage temperature should be between 0℃ and 35℃. Protect from water immersion, direct sunlight, isolate from fire sources, and keep away from heat.
• When stored under appropriate conditions, the shelf life is one year from the production date. Products exceeding the shelf life can be inspected and used if they still meet the standard.
• During transportation, protect from severe cold, rain, and sunlight exposure. Comply with relevant regulations from the transportation department.

Product Introduction:

EM43 product is a polyurethane coating, offering medium anti-slip properties (BPM 45-70). This product features good adhesion, high flexibility, crack resistance, a relatively long pot life, good yellowing resistance, excellent anti-slip effect, and significantly improved wear resistance and durability.

Usage Instruction

• This product is a two-component water-based system, based on polyurethane. Component A contains aggregate. Before use, first stir Component A thoroughly, then mix Components A and B uniformly before application.
• Mixed material must be used within 1-3 hours. Pay attention to potential aggregate settling during use.
• Normally, no additional water is required for use. If application is difficult due to high viscosity, water may be added judiciously within 5%-10%.
• Strictly avoid contact with solvents, thinners, gasoline, or other oily substances during use of this water-based product, as this will affect product performance and may severely lead to spoilage of the water-based material.
• Avoid application during rainy weather if possible. Avoid contact with rain before the water-based paint is surface dry, otherwise it will seriously affect the film performance.
• Application on damp road surfaces will not affect the performance of the water-based paint but will extend the surface drying time and time to reach full strength.

Product Model: EM45

Product Specifications: One bucket of adhesive (20KG) + 4 bags of aggregate (25KG/bag).

Usage Method:

Mix at a ratio of 1:5 (adhesive:aggregate) using an electric mixer until uniform. The recommended amount of water to add is approximately 10% of the adhesive weight.

Example: One bucket of adhesive (20KG) mixed with 4 bags of aggregate requires adding about 2KG of water.

During winter construction, the amount of water added can be reduced by up to half based on actual construction conditions.

This product belongs to an organic-inorganic hybrid type, possessing the flexibility and distinctness of image (DOI) of organic materials, while also having the high strength and wear resistance of inorganic materials. It can be widely used for various indoor and outdoor color-changing surfaces, offers a certain anti-slip effect, and has excellent wear resistance.

Applications

FM11 Primarily used for color change on various road surfaces.Color change scenarios mainly include: indoor/outdoor cement roads, asphalt roads, asphalt waterproofing, silicone PU renovation, PMA, EPDM, water/oil-based epoxy primer/mid-coat, pervious concrete, and color change over oil-based topcoats. Especially recommended for areas requiring a certain (but not high) anti-slip value. Provides a certain anti-slip effect.

EM43 Primarily used for color change on various road surfaces, applied using a mortar mixer/texture spray gun.Color change scenarios mainly include: indoor/outdoor cement roads, asphalt roads, pervious concrete color change. Provides excellent wear resistance and anti-slip performance. Can be used as a mid-coat or sprayed alone in one pass without requiring an additional topcoat.

EM45 Can replace EM43 EAU anti-slip product for trowel-applied construction, offering better cost-effectiveness. Suitable for various road bases: cement, pervious concrete, asphalt, marble, etc. The colorful polymer is the most cost-effective product among all anti-slip products at the same film thickness.
