Permeable bonded pebble pavement is made of natural colored aggregate combined with highly weather-resistant silicone-modified polyurethane resin through a special process. It is a novel artistic landscape pavement material with the characteristics of firmness, beauty, natural and dazzling color, and excellent colorfastness.
Cemented stone permeable pavement is an eco-friendly, breathable, and water-permeable paving solution that offers excellent slip resistance. It is non-toxic, radiation-free, and does not cause environmental pollution, making it an ideal choice for ecological pavement applications.
This product belongs to a hydroxypropyl polyurethane system, primarily used as a topcoat protective agent. It can effectively extend the service life of the base material, improving chemical resistance, increasing hardness and wear resistance, offering high fullness, good yellowing resistance, high flexibility, and good compatibility.

Usage Instruction

1.This product is a two-component water-based product. Components A and B must be mixed thoroughly before use.
2.The mixed material must be used within 2-4 hours. Beyond this time, the product may undergo self-crosslinking, leading to undesirable phenomena such as flocculation and stratification, rendering it unusable.
3.This product can be diluted with water as needed during use. The dilution ratio should be controlled within 10%. Add water for dilution only after components A and B have been mixed uniformly!
4.Strictly avoid contact with solvents, thinners, gasoline, or other oily substances during the use of this water-based product. Otherwise, it will affect product performance and may severely lead to the spoilage of the water-based material.
5.Application of this product should try to avoid rainy weather. Contact with rain should be avoided before the water-based paint is surface dry, as it will seriously affect the film performance.

Applications

Gardens, urban plazas, swimming pools, bathing centers, villa courtyards, indoor and outdoor decoration, park fitness and leisure places, patios, paths, balconies, steps, and driveways etc.
It also can effectively extend the service life of the base material, improving chemical resistance, increasing hardness and wear resistance, offering high fullness, good yellowing resistance, high flexibility, and good compatibility.

Storage and Transportation

1.The product should be stored sealed in a dry, well-ventilate warehouse. Storage temperature should be above 0℃ and below 35℃. Protect from water immersion, direct sunlight, isolate from fire sources, and keep away from heat sources.
2.Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is one year from the production date. If the shelf life is exceeded, the product can be inspected and may still be used if it meets the standard.
3.During transportation, protect the product from severe cold, rain, and sun exposure. Comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.
