Description
Halogen-free intumescent flame retardant produced using a special formulation and process, with an environmentally friendly new-generation phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant as its main component. It offers significant flame retardant effectiveness, requiring only 65% of the dosage typical for general intumescent flame retardants. Its appearance is a white (crystalline or amorphous) powder. It is itself a mixture with high phosphorus and nitrogen content. The P-N elements and synergists produce a synergistic effect within the same system, resulting stability, with a decomposition temperature exceeding 260℃. It exhibits excellent compatibility and dispersibility with polyplefins.
Halogen-free intumescent flame retardant, is primarily used for halogen-free flame retardation in high-performance polyolefin and elastomer products, as a replacement for traditional halogenated hydrocarbon flame retardants. It is especially recommended for use in injection molded parts, sheets, pipes, foams, etc., made from EVA, LDPE, HDPE, PP, TPU, TPE, EPDM, and others. This product has undergone special modification and optimization and can be used alone without the need to add other synergists.
It offers higher char formation and flame retardant effectiveness, with water resistance also significantly improved. Its overall performance is similar to or better than that of comparable imported products. If other additives need to be used in conjunction with this product to achieve specific requirements, please test and confirm first. Environmental Standards: ROHS2.0 compliant, Halogen-free, NP-free, PHTHALATES-free.
Application Guidelines
Generally, adding 25% achieves a UL94 V0 (1.6mm) rating. Increasing the addition amount (approximately 38% or more) can pass UL1581 (UL224) VW-1 or UL94 SV tests. Due to its low loading level, the physical properties far exceed those of halogen-free flame-retardant products filled with metal hydroxides and are also well above international standard requirements.
Processing: Set temperature control for each zone according to standard polyolefin processing parameters or operate at lower temperatures. Do not arbitrarity add other fillers, as this may reduce or nullify flame retardancy. HZC-3230 has been optimized; during processing, little to no dispersing aids are required. When used for injection molding or foam products, little to no processing aids are necessary. When used for pipe or sheet extrusion, sufficient lubricating processing aids must be added, such as amide-based lubricants, silicone masterbatches, PPA, etc. Insufficient lubrication may cause surface gloss issues. Specific application process parameters and formulations must be determined through testing. Please contact us by phone for further information.

Ceramic Flame Retardant (PVC) TP-6017
Product Introduction
1.This flame retardant is an inorganic flame retardant specifically for PVC, capable of completely replacing antimony trioxide. It features excellent flame retardancy, effective smoke suppression, and is environmentally friendly and non-polluting.
2.Appearance: White powder
3.Characteristic: No hydrogen halide release during the flame retardant process.
4.Particle Size: 6-8 μm (D50)
5.Applications: Primarily used in PVC product materials. When the addition amount exceeds 10%, a 3 mm thickness can achieve an oxygen index of 28% or higher, with low smoke emission and no melt dripping.
Precautions for Use
1.This flame retardant has a significant flame retardant effect on PVC.
2.Depending on different testing requirements, the recommended addition amount is 10%-15% to achieve the UL94 V-0 rating.
3.Packaging: 25 kg/bag. It is recommended to store in a ventilated and dry place.
